d. Personal data processing type
The Company's web server, whose management is entrusted to a third parties, acquires during his normal work some personal data (whose transmission is implicit in internet communication protocols). This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons. This category include: IP addresses or DNS used by internet users; URI of requested resources; time of request; server request method; response file dimension; numerical code with server response status; other parameters connected to operating system and computer environment. Pursuant to the articles 13, 15-22 of the GDPR, the interested party has the right, in particular:

- to obtain the correction or integration of his inaccurate personal data;
- to obtain the cancellation of his personal data in the cases provided by GDPR (art.17);
- to obtain that the his personal data are only stored without any other use being made of them in the cases provided by GDPR (art.18);
- to receive the his personal data processed by automated means, if they are processed by contract or on the basis of his consent.
Finally, the interested party has the right to contact the Control Authority to lodge a complaint.
