Lambrate Streaming, the 'Reinventing Cities' winning project, is the international tender called by the Municipality together with C40 that provides for the sale or the establishment of the surface right of sites to be allocated to urban regeneration projects in a sustainable way. This is a confirmation of the enthusiasm and motivation of the Team of which PRO ITER is a part (guided in the urban and architectural design by Caputo Partnership International), perfecting a solution capable of renewing this City part, rich in historical charm for the Milanese and for the many people who work and study.
The new area has the potential to represent an example for the sustainable solutions capable of increasing the resilience of a large urban area. A system of services, public spaces and affordable housing, in compliance with the rules set by the Programme Agreement for the railway yards regeneration.
