The Company assists real estate operators to carry out urbanization works in compliance with the public works procedure by providing highly qualified technicians and experts in public sector procedures.

The main activities that the Single Responsible for the Procedure (RUP) carries out are:

• The planning coordination, articulated in the three levels foreseen by the Code of Contracts.
• The verification and subsequent validation.
• The preparation of all the governing documents of the selective procedures for the contractor identification.
• The communication of all relevant information to ANAC, SIMOG, LL.PP. Observatory, etc.
• The management of the finished work transfer to the public administration.
