Following the leaving of the internal QHSE Manager, Pro Iter Ambiente provided emergency support to the Client by reorganizing the QHSE service, strengthening relationships with the parent company, coordinating all group companies in Italy and assuming the role of RSPP for one of them.
It also managed legislative compliance in the fields of Health, Safety, and Environment, maintaining QHSE and SA management systems, obtaining EMAS certification, conducting various audits, and finalizing and pursuing the EHS objectives agreed upon with the group.
Pro Iter Ambiente also provided EHS support during the following business processes: tenders, design, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning (start-up), management, and integration of new services. Review and reporting of identified environmental and industrial risks. Management of follow-up actions resulting from audits, reviews, and improvement plans.
