Lambrate Streaming is the winning project of 'Reinventing cities', the international call for proposals launched by the Municipality together with C40, which provides for the sale or the establishment of surface rights of sites to be allocated to urban regeneration projects in a sustainable way. This project is a confirmation of the enthusiasm and motivation of the PRO ITER Team (guided in the urban and architectural design by Caputo Partnership International): this project has perfected a solution capable of renewing this City part, rich in historical charm for the Milanese and for the many people who work and study in Milan.
The new area has the potential to become an example in terms of sustainable solutions capable of increasing the resilience of a large urban area. A services system, public spaces and affordable housing, in full compliance with the rules set by the Programme Agreement for the railway yards regeneration.
