The College of Construction Industrialization Technicians (CTE) and the Italian Tunneling Society (SIG) organized the seminar "Ring lining of prefabricated elements in tunnels realized with TBM methods". On Thursday, June 23, Enrico Maria Pizzarotti (president of Pro Iter Infrastructures) introduced the general aspects related to the topic of tunnels built with TBM, with particular reference to types, morphologies and geometries (regulations, guidelines and recommendations).
During the seminar there were numerous speeches by industry experts from important Companies in the tunneling field (Webuild Group, FAMA, CP Technology, Digitalnology, Impresa Pizzarotti & C, RockSoil, Politecnico di Milano, University of Brescia, Italferr, Ghella and Mapei).
