Thanks to the Horti project, in the heart of Milan, between the historical Orti and Lamarmora Streets and a few meters from the main points of interest of the city, the Porta Romana area comes back to life through a massive residential transformation that has provided for the redevelopment of existing buildings, including a massive restoration of the building "Villa", the enhancement of the park and the historic garden, the focal point of the whole project.

Horti has 82 elegant residences with cellars and underground parking. All the housing units of the complex have high quality finishes, high technology and home automation system.

The entire complex is certified energy class A and the project is Leed Gold registered.

The architectural project bears the prestigious signature of the architect Michele De Lucchi, one of the greatest Italian designers and architects, famous all over the world.

The PRO ITER P&CM Works Management team has managed the complex construction phases of the project (which covers an area of about 15,000 square meters in the urban fabric in the heart of Milan) coordinating general contractors, sub-contractors and constantly analyzing, with the client, the possible technical and administrative strategies related to the relationship with local authorities and the efficient development of the real estate operation.
